- Before any first-time booking, there must be a meet-and-greet.
- Snapper Pet Services has the right to cancel a booking if your pet becomes aggressive.

- For any booking service, you must give a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee.
- The cancellation fee is 20% of the total quoted before the service starts.
