You must be at least 18 years old to use the services of Snapper Pet Services.
Before any first-time booking service, there must be a meet and greet.
Snapper Pet Services has the right to cancel a booking if your pet becomes aggressive.
For any booking service, you must give a 24-hour notice of cancellation.
If you purchase an item from the Snapper Shop and it is broken you have to send a picture or video within 2 days of receiving it to get a replacement. anything after that you will not get a replacement. We do not do refunds.
